My Goldfish Cam is on from 8am to 8pm MST and will refresh every 10 seconds. If the picture is dark that means that the fish are asleep. Between 8pm and 8am the camera displays the last picture it took. The camera is in the middle of the house so you might see some butts as we walk by.
